A Membership-Driven Hospitality Experience System
Where It Began
The client approached us to design a mobile app focused on hospitality membership and benefits. Unlike traditional hotel apps, this product was centered around selling memberships that unlock exclusive dining, stay, and lifestyle experiences. They provided a broad structure of features including membership tiers, vouchers, reservations, and redemption flows—but the experience lacked clarity and direction. The goal was to transform this into a seamless and intuitive product that not only delivers value but also encourages users to become paying members.
Challenge
The product was built around a membership-driven model where the core goal was to convert users into paying members. This required presenting complex membership tiers, benefits, and vouchers in a way that feels clear, valuable, and easy to understand from the first interaction.
The experience needed to clearly communicate the difference between plans like Gold and Platinum, helping users quickly compare value and make confident decisions while maintaining a premium and aspirational feel.
At the same time, the product involved multiple connected flows—including membership purchase, room booking, table reservations, and voucher redemption—which needed to feel seamless and intuitive. Users also required full visibility into their benefits, including how many vouchers are available, how many are used, and how to redeem them effortlessly
